The early years

United Home Services was founded in Melbourne as a family-owned business. During these early years the company grew in the region; adding teams of contractors and employees. This organic growth allowed us to gain in-depth industry knowledge and unparallel understanding of the cleaning market in Australia. Moreover the company established it values of providing superior cleaning services while focusing on employee quality of life.

Franchising

After several years of hard work perfecting our business model, United Home Services began opening franchises in 1995. It was during this time that the United Home Service’s brand was formalized and started becoming recognizable within our operating regions. Though it was difficult at first, by the end of this phase customers knew of our sound reputation as experts in the home services industry and franchisees were reaping the benefits.

Household name

In 2003 with a new management team, United Home Services was ready to mature as one of the premier franchises through out Australia. Since then we have grown into a robust corporate network involving over 100 franchises operating in Victoria, NSW, and Queensland. Additionally, we have been recognized by Business Review Weekly for the past six years as one of the fastest-growing franchises in the country.

The Future

The future of United Home Services is bright! We continue to add new locations and regions throughout Australia and plan on launching into New Zealand in the near future.
